2009-2010 Cross Country
Congratulations to Coach Meisetschleager and the Cross Country Team for earning the title of District Champions!
Congrats to Sophomore Ty Ramos placed 9th at Regional and had a great run at State!
2009-2010 Basketball
Jr. High Girls and Coach Meisetschleager - Finished the season with 15 wins and only 1 loss. They also won the St. Joe and Schulenburg Tournaments.
7th Grade Boys and Coach Barta - Finished the season with 10 wins and no losses. Undefeated!!! Won the Schulenburg Tournament
8th Grade Boys and Coach Barta - Finished the season with 12 wins and 4 losses. Won Consolation in the St. Joseph Tournament, and 2nd place in the Schulenburg Tournament.
JV Girls and Coach Albers - Finished the season with a winning record of 7 wins and 6 losses - and a couple of those games were against Varsity teams! They won consolation at the Nordheim Tournament.
JV Boys and Coach Barta - They had a tough start with 1 win and 6 losses the first half of the season, but then finished strong by having 7 wins and only 1 loss in the second half of the season, to finish with a winning record of 8 wins and 7 losses for the season.
Varsity Girls and Coach Albers - Finished a great season with 25 wins and 7 losses, placing 1st in the Dime Box Tournament, 2nd in the Waller Tournament, and 2nd in the Sealy Tournament. They were undefeated in District play, to clinch the district championship, and Bi-District champions to earn a bye in the first round of playoffs. They came up only 2 points short in the Area Playoff against Leggett for a 50-48 loss, to complete another great season.
Varsity Boys and Coach Fishbeck - They have had a challenging season with a few of the players getting injured and missing games throughout the season. However, they still finished with a winning record, both overall with 17 wins and 13 losses, and in district with 7 wins and 3 losses to earn a tie for 2nd place in district and a playoff berth. They also were the champions at the Port Aransas Tournament.
In playoff action, the Bobkatz earned the title of Bi-District Champs, defeating LaMarque Shekinah Radiance Academy. They came up short in Area action against Burton
