PTA TAKING ORDERS FOR BACK-TO-SCHOOL SUPPLY KITS
The PTA is once again taking orders for the back-to-school supply kits. Why fight lines trying to find every single requested item on your child's supply list? All of the shopping is done for you!
This program will save you time, making "back-to-school time" less hectic, and you will find the pricing to be very reasonable. All kits will be delivered to the school and we will let you know the exact date for pick up.

An order form for each child is needed. Make check(s) payable to: Moulton ISD PTA. Return your order form(s) and check to your child's homeroom teacher by May 7th, 2010. Late orders will NOT be accepted after this date.

| 5th Grade | $54.57 |

| 7th Grade | $32.09 |
Some grades are higher due to required binders and other supplies.
