As national attention continues to focus on children's health and wellness, Moulton ISD's Child Nutrition Department is excited to provide parents, children and faculty/staff with a new online service called MyNutrition, which is in support of our commitment to healthy children and healthy school communities. This new service is available to you at no cost and is located on our Moulton ISD website under My Nurti-Kids.com, which is the same site that provides our district's online school pre-payment service.
MyNutrition provides parents, children and educators with online resources related to health, nutrition and physical activity. Each month, you will find new articles, tools, recipes, links and challenges that encourage small steps toward living a healthier life. There is also a section geared for children that provides kid-friendly games, puzzles and printouts that will help engage them in learning about the importance of being active and staying healthy.
We are very excited to offer this new service, which is in direct alignment with our school district's wellness program to provide health and wellness education to our staff, students and families. We are confident this resource will benefit you, your child and our entire community.
You will need your child's ID number to open account if you do not know it call me and I will give it to you. For more information, please visit our school website at www.moultonisd.net. If you have any question about this new service, please feel free to contact my office at (361) 596-4821, Rose Bartos, Food Service Director.
