Homecoming 2012
Homecoming 2012 is set for Friday, February 3rd. The Bobkatz and Kittens will play Runge in District action, beginning at 5:00pm (bGB). A Homecoming Dance will follow in the old gym for grades 7 thru 12, admission is $1.00.
To help students and teachers show their spirit, activities are planned for the entire week. The cheerleaders have come up with fantastic ideas to incorporate all grades in these fun spirited activities....
- K-3rd: Will do spirited coloring sheets. The best coloring sheet of each of these classes will be awarded a free scoop of ice-cream at Mouton Grocery!
- 4th - 6th: Will write inspirational letters to the girls and boys basketball teams (all classes will be awarded with something special!)
- High School (7th - 12th): Will make spirit posters to be hung in the gym for homecoming night. The top three classes will be awarded points through Student Council.
In addition, the following schedule of activities will take place:
Monday - "Knock Out Those Yellow Jackets!" Sport your most famous fake injury!
Activity Period Game = 3 point shoot out.
Tuesday - "Two Heads are Better Than One!" Out Smart the Yellow Jackets. Dress like a twin.
Activity Period Game = 3 legged race.
Wednesday - "Out Show The Yellow Jackets!" Dress like your favorite celebrity!
Activity Period Game = Celebrities dress teachers/faculty in toilet paper
Thursday - "Let's Celebrate a Win!" Your favorite holiday attire. Activity Period Game = Musical chairs
Friday - "Black Out Day". Wear black! Activity Period = Pep Rally 2:30pm
