Teacher Appreciation Week

Steele Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and Ram from Gonzales, Texas honored the Moulton ISD staff with three delicious plates for each staff member for Teacher Appreciation Week. James Erickson delivered the food and set up a tent as the distribution center.  The plates consisted of a large, tasty pork chop, some homemade potato salad, and seasoned green beans.  The school board members were on hand and helped in preparing the plates and delivering them car-side to the staff.  Trustees attending were Daniel Beyer, Nan Pilat, Carol Dvorak, Justin Anderle and Mary Fishbeck. Principals Jamie Dornak and April Simper, Instructional Technologist Angela Zumwalt, and the Superintendent, Chris Ulcak, pitched in as well.  Students from the girls and boys basketball teams cheered on the staff as they picked up their plates.  Thank you so much, Steele Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram for supporting our staff in such a wonderful way!

The kind ladies from the local Lutheran Church provided Subway sandwiches, chips, water, and all the trimmings for the noon meal on Monday!  Thank you so much for your support!

Thursday, MISD provided a catered meal from Bryan’s Daily Treat for the noon meal. The meal included chicken fried chicken breasts, green beans, carrots, and potatoes. Principals peppered their staff with small plants, cakes and cookies, Crystal light, water, and other sweet treats all week long. Shady Oaks Nursing Home delivered candy and treats, and the Student Council set out cupcakes, cookies and flowers. What an amazing place to work!

Thanks goes out to all who support the MISD staff on a daily basis and especially for the special treats during Teacher Appreciation Week!
