Mid-Coast Family Services, Victoria -  Mid-Coast Family Services is actively working to eliminate family violence, homelessness, and substance abuse.

Dewitt-Lavaca Special Education Cooperative, Yoakum - The purpose of the DLSEC is to provide a continuum of special education services to students from ages three to twenty-one.  361-293-2854

Turtle Wing Foundation , Schulenburg - The mission of Turtle Wing Foundation is to help children in rural areas with learning challenges achieve their full potential.   The primary service area is Fayette, Lavaca, and Colorado counties but will consider all requests from rural South Central Texas.  979-505-5090

Norma's House, Gonzales and Hallettsville -  Norma's House helps children who are victims of physical, emotional, sexual abuse, and neglect.
