It has come to our attention that the voice message that went out Monday came from our website company, Apptegy, and the phone number was from Arkansas. It seems that some parents declined it because it wasn't a Moulton ISD number or even a Texas number. We have been primarily using text messages as opposed to voice calls to get messages out, so we didn't anticipate this to be a problem. We appreciate the feedback to let us know! Apptegy has been notified and according to them, the next time a voice message goes out, it will either show the elementary number, 361-596-4605, or the high school number, 361-596-4691. It might help to add both of these numbers to your phone contacts to ensure you receive any messages in the future. Thank you so much for letting us know!
